Bill Clark's not only a world champion and world record holding strength athlete, but he's also a division one strength coach.   Bill has conducted numerous seminars for teams and institutions, including various state athletic conferences.  Bill's seminars are hands on experiences where he leads all attendees through the setting up of individualized technical execution.  He also teaches how to adjust technique to individual body styles and how to teach this to others, too.  As his mentor and coach, Don Reinhoudt says, "No one knows technique better than Bill.  He's a technical master in the three powerlifts!"  Bill also discusses prgramming, recovery, and mindset, as well.

Mind Performance Training (MPT)

While at the Olympic Training Center as an athlete, Bill was taught imagery and visualization techniques by one of the world's most renowned sports psychologists.  As time has gone by, new scientific observations and techniques have developed.  Bill not only knows and understands them, but has used these to break 73 world records.  Bill has used his Mind Performance Training Program to help numbers of athletes, championship winning  individuals and teams, division one college sports teams, and professional teams and athletes, as well.  This program is life changing!  Bill will conduct a "Science Behind the Program Seminar" so you'll understand how the mind works, how it gets conditioned, and how to create the neural pathways you need to become your very best.  Bill will then teach you his program, and it's much more than just visualizing an outcome.  Bill teaches you how to reset, how to overcome negative thinking, and so much more. Personalized Coaching

For those that want personalized instruction and programming, Bill does offer in person and online coaching, but because of high demand, there is an application process and interview.  If selected, Bill will evaluate your technique, adjust it to be optimal for your individualized body mechanics, assess your strengths and weaknesses, develop a 6 or 8 week program, and then monitor  and guide through to its finish.  Bill will also put you through several of his mind performance training sessions.  Bill's training develops the entire you.  Contact us to get evaluated!
