What the World's Strongest Man Says

“My buddy Bill Clark is a world champion and world record holding athlete, motivational speaker, former champion martial arts fighter, and one of the strongest human beings to ever walk the face of the earth.  I promise that Bill will inspire all audiences with his strength demonstrations and personal development life lessons. I've mentored and coached Bill for years and he is as genuine and kind as it gets.  One thing that I always noticed about him was that he would become an absolute monster during competition and then, as soon as it was over, he'd return to his loving and gentle self.  The fans always loved Bill and he would spend hours talking with them, signing autographs, and posing for pictures.  His experiences. techniques, messages, and special delivery and ability to teach will transform lives and careers!”

Worl'd Strongest Man

A Little More: Overcoming and Rising Above!

Bill was born in Binghamton, NY and had two very loving and kind parents, but  as Bill himself says, "Life can hit hard."  And it did! His dad died when he was just a boy and his mom suffered from severe and paralyzing health issues, causing her to leave the home for extended periods of time.   Because they couldn't afford to pay their bills, the heat and hot water were often shut off, making for some interestingly cold days and nights.  Bill spent as much time as he could trying to stay busy by lifting the weights that his mom and dad had bought years before at a garage sale.  "Back in those days, we didn't have the types of government programs that we do now, or at least, my mother refused to apply for them.  Either way, she did the right thing.  She taught me to pray, rely on God, and  do more than just endure.  She taught me to overcome! Both of my parents did that."

They struggled sometimes to put food on the table, and life was often difficult, but as Bill reflects back on those days, he says, "Those were the building blocks--the foundation--of what was to come.  I'm not upset about them, I'm thankful for them!  In the Bible, God said he'd make everything work out, and He did.  I'm very thankful that I'm now in a position to be able to help the next generation and teach them that they weren't created to victims and that they can do the same thing I did.  They can make it out of the cycle of depression and become something great, something unique."  "Everyone has a gift. I'm totally convinced of this! It might not be the same gift I have, but it's a gift nonetheless.  Develop it and watch the trajectory of your life change."

Understanding this, Bill incessantly developed all four components of his about to be world champion being; the physical, the mental, the emotional, and the spiritual.  Bill's track toward becoming one of the strongest men in the history of the world took a huge upward shift when he was named to the US Olympic Weightlifting Squad (24 and under at the age of 19).   It was at the Olympic Training Center that Bill met a team psychologist that would forever change his life.  "Kerry taught me so much about the mind, how it gets conditioned, and how it can be programmed to pursue excellence--in any field or endeavor of life.  Her mind performance training  was one of the keys to my becoming what I have--for better of worse."  Bill laughs when he says this, but everyone that meets him, knows it's been for the better.  Bill Clark has gone on to break and set 73 world records throughout his career, several of which, even Guinness World Records acknowledges that they don't think can ever be broken.  That's how high your world champion has set the bar, and I write "your world champion" with the greatest of sincerity.  Bill is a champion both for and among the people, and when you bring him in to speak, you'll see firsthand exactly what I mean.   You don't have to take my word for it however, I'm Bill's manager, so of course I'm going to be bias. Instead, please take the time to read some of the reviews below, and just as well, give him a call or email.  He answers his own messages and refuses to go through a talent agency because he believes that he should be both the first and last point of contact, and even more, because of his challenging background, he can relate to everyone.  Bill knows what it's like to be at the bottom, he knows what it's like to be at the top, and most of all, he knows how to help you get to the top of your mountain, too. In closing and If I can be so bold, Bill Clark is a champion in every way, and you and your team will become better just by being around him.

Bill would like to pay special thanks to:

"We first brought Bill in to speak to our middle school students.  He spoke in the morning, and then stayed all day to meet the kids, pose for pictures, and sign autographs.  Bill Clark is a true legend and conducts himself as a world champion should.  We loved him so much, we brought him back to speak to the high school and elementary students, too.  This year, we have invited him to speak at our Superintendent's Day."
